Well sometimes life is throwing them at you so that you will run far, far away from whatever you're doing. Life threw me lemons when I tried to make a purchase from RUNWAY CHANNEL.
Lemon one: my card wasn't being accepted (to this day, I still don't know why considering I had the money and all...) and I kept trying to make the purchase.
Lemon two: I couldn't understand the whole Tenso thing and I kept entering stuff wrong so RC kept removing all the items from my cart
Lemon three: my roommate let me use her card to make the purchase and it "didn't charge a foreign transaction fee" (I knew something was wrong then)
Lemon four: I had to pay for EMS shipping and apparently I never saw that anywhere because I forgot how to read
Lemon five: I almost paid COD.......................................... because at that point I was just stupid
I believe a famous comedian would tell me, "There's your sign."
The point of my story is that I now own a beautiful EMODA sweater that looks terrible on my current body type, sassy floral GYDA socks, and a jouetie sweater that is not meant for me in any way, shape, or form.
I still haven't decided if I want to keep the EMODA sweater. But I definitely don't want the jouetie one. Not that there's anything wrong with it! Because there isn't. It's actually a very nice sweater, it fits and is of good quality. It just looks terrible on me, and I wish I would have realized that "free size" doesn't always means "looks good on everyone".
The sweater in question (size M, 120cm bust):
PS: THIS IS A TRUE STORY DON'T JUDGE ME.

oh hunnie... big hugs... it's japanese clothes though... you should've known... they rarely ever ever fit anybody with boobies...
ReplyDeletei'm sorry you had such a hard time. *hugs*
PS: i miss you.
PPS: i might be starting my own blog soon ^^
It's not that it doesn't fit, it just looks terrible on me! Bigger girls + baggy sweaters = look bigger :<
ReplyDeletePS: I miss you also! You're so busy nowadays :c <3
Oh Ande I'm sorry for that!!! That sweater looks wonderful, but yeah, that is the special thing about japanese clothing it doesn't suit everyone. Not even every japanese girl, lol. I like it more to try a piece of clothing before buying. That's the reason I don't order any clothes online... I really hope you get that wonderful piece sold soon! :)
ReplyDeleteIt would definitely look better on someone thinner! Or if I was taller... oh woe my body shape :<
ReplyDeleteYeah I think I'm done online shopping for a while LOL
